Family therapy
Family therapy helps families work through problems and challenges together. Families may include parents, children, caregivers, blended families or others who are important members of the family. Sessions include family members and a licensed mental health provider. The focus is helping everyone feel heard, understood and supported.
Families may use family therapy during times of stress, conflict or change. This can include parenting challenges, illness, grief, school concerns or changes in family roles. Therapy helps families improve communication, solve problems and support one another during difficult times.
